Holistic Massage & Bodywork
The mind and body are made of the same material, and operate by being in constant conversation. When working with the body, we are able to access other parts of us, such as our emotionaI world and also our nervous system. The reason we might have a tight shoulder could be partly to do with computer work, for example, but often it relates to a mental state. Did we grow up hunching our shoulders to protect ourselves, for example? When deeply releasing that muscle, we are also creating new patterns and connections to bring us back to a state of rest and repair.
I attract clients who want or need deeper work, whether that is ‘deep tissue’, more remedial work, or really getting in touch with how they feel and what works for their bodies. Working intuitively I treat each individual on the day, as they are.
I create an environment where the client feels safe enough to tell me what is working for them, to empower them to ask for more or less pressure, or to change their minds.

60 Minute Massage

The Essential Reset
(Maintenance and specific areas)
While sixty minutes is the most efficient session, it never lacks depth. An hour is often all the body needs to find it's centre. This session focuses on fluid transitions and intentional touch to ensure you feel 'put back together. 'I balance targeted work on areas you feel tension, with a grounding full-body flow, ensuring your nervous system feels settled and your body feels integrated. There is enough time to work on a painful shoulder/injury, and also some more relaxing work.
Perfect for those who need a consistent 'maintenance' session to stay connected to their body between longer treatments.
90 Minute Massage
(£85.00)

Deep work and Integration (Whole Body and Nervous System)
90 minutes is the ideal duration for those who carry their stress physically. As both a counsellor and massage therapist, I find this timeframe allows the mind to quiet down enough for the body to start 'talking.' It provides the space for a more intuitive treatment where we can follow the lines of tension throughout the body.
This extra half-hour allows for a comprehensive full-body flow while leaving ample time to dive deep into chronic tension areas- like the hips, rotator cuffs, deep relaxation on the face/head, or jaw- without ever feeling rushed.
2 Hour Massage
(£110.00)

Total Nervous System Reset
(Embodied transformation)
A two-hour massage isn't just a longer massage; it's a physiological window that allows your nervous system to move from 'fight/flight/freeze/faun' into a state of deep rest and repair. This time allows time to address chronic physical tension patterns in the body, and mental stillness and clarity.
In a standard hour, choices need to be made as to which physical areas are targeted, whereas in a 2 hour session, no compromise needs to be made. This might suit somebody who has less time for regular massages.
Pregnancy Massage
(£60)

Pregnancy and Post-natal massage
Pregnancy is a time of incredible physical and emotional expansion. I can support you through every shift. Beyond relieving the physical pain of your lower back/hips and joints, I focus on calming the system to create a sense of 'inner quiet' for both you and your baby. It is a dedicated hour to reconnect with yourself amidst the preparations for your new arrival, and also for your future identity shifts.
Postnatal massage, the 'fourth trimester' is a period of intense output, with this session being a time for you to receive. I focus on the unique physical demands of early motherhood- soothing 'nursing shoulders', relieving upper back tension, or just having a relaxing hour to sleep. If you need to, I welcome you to bring your baby onto the massage table.
Massage Teaching

Guided Connection: Holistic Massage for Pairs
After years of teaching holistic massage at the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork (BCMB), I've seen firsthand how transformative a simple, intentional touch can be for a relationship. These 2-hour private workshops are designed to take massage out of the clinic and into your home.
I teach you and your partner (or friend) the fundamentals of holistic touch, and focus on:
- Simple, effective strokes for the back, neck and shoulders
- Body mechanics, how to give a great massage without hurting your own hands or back
- The language of connection- How to listen to each other and use touch as a tool for emotional closeness
Beyond the physical technique, these sessions are about communication. You will learn how to listen to your partner's body and how to ask for what you need- skills that deepen intimacy and trust far beyond the massage table.
This can be a one-off session, or a series of sessions.
