Hello, I'm Emma, I am both a Counsellor and Massage therapist based in Cardiff. I'm ready to help, whether you need someone to hear your thoughts or to heal your body through massage and bodywork.
These are separate therapies, however my knowledge of the Mind, informs the bodywork, and vice versa.
I work at the Body Mind Clinic on 128 Newport Road, Cardiff, CF24 1DH for both Counselling and Massage and also offer online sessions for Counselling.
